CWU Badminton Tournament 2023

Central Women's University Sports Club organized their utmost signature sports event "CWU Badminton Tournament 2023". Students played as pair in a team. The tournament was held from 16 January to 22 January at the university premises where 80 players of 40 teams took part from five departments of CWU. After competing knock out round, quarter final round, semifinal round and final round a team (Shaila Akter, Tabassum Monir Ziniya) from Department of Journalism and Media Studies became champion and a team (Sadia Islam Hera, Suraiya Akter Esha) from department of Business Administration became runner up. Vice chancellor and Registrar of the university handed over trophies to the champion team and runner- up team of this tournament on 25 January, 2023 in Annual Sports Day & Prize Giving Ceremony.
