Central Women’s University Joins DS2S Country Planning Meeting 2025
A group of seven representatives from Central Women’s University, led by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Parween Hasan, participated in the Digital Skills to Succeed in Asia (DS2S) Country Planning Meeting 2025, held from 28–30 April at BRAC CDM, Rajendrapur, Gazipur. The event was organized by GIZ (German Cooperation Bangladesh) under the project Digital Skills to Succeed in Asia (DS2S). The representatives from University Grants Commission (UGC) Bangladesh was present there. Central Women’s University made a significant contribution during the session titled “2024 Partner’s Highlights: A Year in Review,” showcasing its progress in implementing micro-credential courses and promoting gender-inclusive, data-driven education. The presentation underscored CWU’s leadership in curriculum innovation and reinforced the university’s role in supporting digital literacy, expanding micro-credential offerings, and shaping the national DS2S roadmap. Through its continued engagement with initiatives like DS2S, Central Women’s University remains dedicated to advancing digital skills and inclusive learning in higher education.
