NOTICE
Upon reviewing the attendance report for Spring 2026, we have observed with concern
a noticeable increase in instances of employees arriving late to the office and leaving
before the designated closing time.
We fully acknowledge the challenges posed by the city's traffic conditions and the
difficulties they may create in daily commuting. However, with proper planning and
time management, it is generally possible to overcome these challenges and report to
work on time.
If arrival is delayed for a valid reason, please keep the HR section informed about it.
Otherwise, it will be considered as late attendance. Please note that late attendance and
short leave of three occasions in a month will be treated as one day’s leave.
A gentle reminder for the faculty members that they are expected to remain in the
campus for a minimum of 35 hours in a week.
We therefore encourage all employees to make every effort to adhere strictly to the
prescribed office hours by arriving punctually and remaining at work until the end of
the official working day. Your cooperation in this regard will contribute significantly
to maintaining discipline, professionalism, and the smooth functioning of the
University.
